Hayride Rescheduled

The hayride is rescheduled to Saturday, October 27 from noon to 4:00 p.m.  Please bring the ticket packet you received last week to the hayride on October 27.  If you were originally scheduled to go on the October 6 hayride but are now unable to attend the rescheduled date of October 27, please send your ticket packet to the school office for reimbursement.  If you were originally unable to join on October 6 but you are now able to join the October 27 hayride, please email Amy Parlove at aparlove@yahoo.com.

WHERE:  Three Cedars Farm, 7897 West 6 Mile Rd, Northville Township.
WHEN:  Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. (rain or shine)
COST:  $10 per person.  Cost covers hayride, corn maze, bonfire, donut and cider

Hayride Committee Description

The Hayride Committee is responsible for the following:
*securing a venue (though we have used the same one for the last two hayrides and hope to continue there)
*pre-sell and distribute tickets/wristbands to school families via backpack mail prior to the event
*arrive early at venue to do any necessary set-up (tables, chairs, decorations)
*arrive early at venue to welcome and direct St. Patrick families
*procure refreshments for event and help set up/serve them
*assist with clean up and break down of table and chairs
