GENERAL INFORMATION

Hours:  Arrival (doors open):  8:25-8:40 am,  Dismissal: Bus (3:40 pm), Car Riders (3:45 pm). 

Bus Transportation is offered through Brighton Area Schools.  See Bus Transportation section below.

Before/After School Programs:  Early Morning Care begins at 7:00 a.m.  Homework Club starts after school and ends at 5:30 p.m.  Cost for both is $5 per hour.  Sign Up details are coming soon… 

Lunch Program:  We offer hot lunch daily for $3.00 per meal.  Payment for lunch program can be made via e-Funds for Schools or check payable to St. Patrick School.  (See payment systems below).  Details regarding our lunch program for the 2020-21 school year are coming soon…

Uniform Gym Shirts can be purchased through St. Patrick School.  We also have uniform-approved gym shorts and pants in our school store. See gym uniform section of Dress Code for more details regarding gym attire requirements.

PAYMENT SYSTEMS:

Smart Tuition

Our school code is 11489.  All families must be enrolled in SMART.

School Payment Program (e-Funds)

This system is used to pay school fees/lunch fees online. Families will need STUDENT ID (which we will provide to you) and you can sign up August 24, 2020.

PARISH REQUIREMENTS:

Subsidy Form: Parishes OTHER than St. Patrick/St. Mary Magdalen

Required parish subsidy forms – Must be complete by September 30 and submitted to the family parish, Then to our office.

St. Mary Magdalen Subsidy Form

Requirement for St. Mary Magdalen Parishioners.  Complete and return to SMM by September 30.

MEDICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Medical Dispensing Waiver

This form is required when ANY medication needs to be given to a student at school – even over the counter, such as ibuprofen, Tylenol, eye drops etc… This form requires the signature of a doctor.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:

At this time, due to COVID, there will be limited volunteer opportunities, however, we ask that anyone wishing to volunteer in any capacity throughout your child’s years at St. Patrick School, please complete Virtus Training and fill out the Background Check form.  

Virtus

Virtus training is required to volunteer in any capacity at the school, including field trips. Select Lansing, MI Diocese.

Background Check Form

Required if you would like to volunteer in any capacity with the school.  This includes class parties and field trips.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

Lunch/Recess Monitor

Our Lunch/Recess Monitors will be required to work set hours each week (10:45am-1:15pm) for a minimum of three days per week. Training will be provided.  Please let us know if you are interested in volunteering on a regular basis.  

 

Kitchen Help

Please let us know if you are interested in helping our kitchen staff with meal prep and service on a regular basis (minimum of 3 days per week from 10:45am to 1:15pm).
